How we’re responding to COVID-19

To keep our customers, associates and communities safe, we have implemented a set of new experience guidelines

If you or anyone in your household have COVID-19 or it’s symptoms (e.g. Fever, cough, shortness of breath) or are being quarantined for suspected exposure to the virus, we ask that you do not enter the store, please call us we will make arrangements for a contactless appointment.

Face coverings are required to enter the store, If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, please call 888-249-8030 and we will make arrangements for a curbside appointment.

Please wash your hands or use sanitizer before entering our store.

We ask that our customers and employees practice social distancing and stay at least six feet apart at all times. You will see social distancing markers to remind and guide you.

We encourage you to arrange curbside pick-up for new devices, call us to set up your service/ device in advance.

Bill payments can be dropped in the locked mailbox outside of our store.



Our retail team is available to take your calls Monday-Friday 10AM-6PM and Saturday 10AM-2PM by calling 888-249-8030. After hours please leave a message by pressing 9, and we will return your call as timely as possible.
