- You'll need to provide us with accurate, basic information about your situation and the phone numbers involved.
- Some states may require you to provide supporting documentation from a court, law enforcement, health care provider or social worker.
- We can't always accommodate every situation but will endeavor to minimize the cost.
Fraud prevention
Limitless Mobile customers now have the option to lock their account to prevent fraudulent sim swaps and port outs.
- Customers can turn on the account lock to provide their Mobile device number with an extra layer of security. When account Lock is turned on, it blocks anyone from changing your sim card and/or moving your mobile number to another carrier until it is turned off. This feature can be turned on and off by calling 888-249-8030 or visiting our retail store.
